2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers: Mohammed Kudus reports to Black Stars camp ahead of Angola, Niger game
England-based midfielder Mohammed Kudus has reported to the camp of the Black Stars ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualification matches against Angola and Niger.
Ghana’s Black Stars will take on Angola and Niger in the September international break in the first round of games for the next AFCON tournament in Morocco.
The team on Monday held its first training session at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Only 10 players who had reported to camp at the time engaged in the training session.
This evening, West Ham United forward Mohammed Kudus has arrived in camp and should be part of the team’s training session on Tuesday.
The players present at Monday’s training session included Thomas Partey, Tariq Lamptey, Joseph Wollacott, Ibrahim Osman, Jonas Adjetey, Antoine Semenyo, Brandon Thomas-Asante, Frederick Asare, Ebenezer Annan, and Abdul Fatawu Issahaku.
More players are expected to join the team before the departure to Kumasi.
