The FDA welcomed a 30-member delegation from the African Start-ups and SMEs in Export & Trade Secretariat (ASSETS) for an industrial tour.
The visit provided participants with valuable insights into FDA regulatory processes for food, drugs, and cosmetics, as well as product registration and certification requirements for export markets.
Key discussions also addressed challenges in meeting international standards.
