NPP Denies Existence of Draft Report on Election Review

Accra, Ghana – The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) 2024 Election Review Committee has refuted claims that a draft report on its ongoing election review process has been produced. In a statement issued on February 25, 2025, the committee clarified that it is still conducting consultations and gathering insights from party members and key stakeholders.

The committee, led by Secretary William Yamoah, urged party members to disregard misinformation suggesting that a draft report already exists. It reassured members that the final report, once completed, will accurately reflect the concerns of the party’s grassroots and be presented to the National Council.

The statement also called on party members to remain engaged in the process and provided contact details for those who wish to contribute their views. The committee emphasized that no conclusions have been drawn and warned against misleading interpretations by sections of the media.
