Turkish Ambassador Pays Courtesy Call on Interior Minister

Accra, Tuesday, March 4, 2025 – The Turkish Ambassador to Ghana, H.E. Hüseyin Güngör, has paid a courtesy call on Ghana’s Minister for the Interior, Hon. Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, at his office in Accra.

Discussions during the meeting centered on strengthening bilateral relations, particularly in security cooperation and economic development. Hon. Muntaka expressed Ghana’s gratitude for Turkey’s continued support in various sectors and highlighted the Prison Agriculture Project—an initiative to improve food security within Ghana’s correctional facilities.
