There's a Zero Chance Former Chief Justice Will Be Allowed To Return To The Supreme Court - Martin Kpebu

Private Legal Pratictioner, Lawyer Martin Kpebu has stated firmly that it will be impossible for former Chief Justice Getrude Torkornoo to return to the supreme court as a justice. 

In an interview with Roland Walker on Tv3, Mr. Kpebu posited that it is impossible for the removed Chief Justice to return to the supreme court as a justice, stating that anybody who believes in she has the chance to return to the supreme court is being scarcastic. 

''Its a zero chance. There's absolutely no chance. Anybody who makes such an argument is been farcical, is a joke. Is a hilarious joke I have ever seen''. 

Citing Article 128, he argued that a justice of the supreme court must posses honesty and a character devoid of corruption, but the issue of corruption and mismanagement of funds around the former chief justice and her family puts her integrity in doubt.

''You think the three hundred and sixty seven thousand Ghana cedis we lost because Justice Torkornoo signed for per diem for her husband, and then daughter and the tickets, you think is a joke?''.
