Wa, Upper West Region – September 2025 — Police in Wa have launched a murder investigation after a 55-year-old security guard was found dead with severe injuries in what authorities describe as a brutal killing.
The victim, whose name is being withheld until family is notified, was discovered early Wednesday at his duty post. Preliminary information indicates he suffered multiple stab wounds.
Regional Police say a special investigation team has been deployed, and evidence has been collected from the scene to assist in identifying suspects.
