Mahama Arrives in Singapore for 3-Day State Visit

JHNews || Singapore, August 19, 2025 – President John Dramani Mahama has arrived in Singapore for a three-day State Visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between Ghana and the Asian city-state.

The visit, which is expected to deepen cooperation between the two nations, will focus on expanding trade and investment opportunities, boosting collaboration in education and agribusiness, and promoting digital innovation.

While in Singapore, President Mahama is scheduled to engage government officials, business leaders, and investors as Ghana seeks to leverage Singapore’s expertise in technology and economic transformation to accelerate its own development agenda.

A highlight of the visit will be his keynote address at the Africa–Singapore Business Forum, where he is expected to outline Ghana’s investment prospects and call for stronger partnerships between Africa and Asia.
