Police Arrest Woman in Viral Video Assault Case,Three Others on the Run
JHNews || Police have arrested two suspects, including the woman seen assaulting a man in a viral video. Three others are still on the run as investigations continue, with the Police Service vowing swift justice.

Ahafo Ano North, Ashanti Region — November 28, 2025: The Ghana Police Service has arrested a woman captured in a widely circulated video physically assaulting a man, following an operation led by the IGP’s Special Cyber Vetting and Enforcement Team.
The suspect, Esther Nana Afia Sarfowaa, was picked up at Subriso in the Ahafo Ano North Constituency on Thursday, 27th November 2025. A second suspect, Stephen Ofori, was also arrested at Nkawie for his role in the incident.
According to police, both individuals are currently in custody as investigations progress. Authorities say three additional suspects linked to the assault are still on the run, and efforts are underway to apprehend them.
The Ghana Police Service has assured the public of its ongoing commitment to ensuring accountability and bringing all perpetrators to justice.
