Ministry Directors Sign 2025 Performance Agreements to Drive Results-Oriented Public Service

As part of the implementation of the 2025 Performance Management Process initiated by the Office of the Head of Civil Service (OHCS), Directors/Heads of Departments and Analogous Grades have signed their Performance Agreements with the Chief Director of the Ministry.
The signing ceremony underscores the Ministry's commitment to promoting results-driven public service delivery.
The Performance Agreement aligns the goals and deliverables of individual Directors with the broader strategic objectives of the Ministry and the Civil Service as a whole.
These agreements form part of the OHCS’s performance management framework, which is designed to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of Directors and Heads of Departments through clearly defined targets and performance indicators.
The Chief Director, in her remarks, urged all Directors/HoDs to commit fully to their targets, including mainstreaming gender, inclusion, and innovation in their respective areas.
She emphasized that excellence in execution remains key to advancing the Ministry’s mandate and improving the lives of vulnerable groups across the country.
