A midday accident on Friday, September 26, 2025 claimed the life of an unidentified man at Alajo Junction in Accra, after a truck with registration GS 4295-21 ran over him.

Response and Aftermath
Police officers quickly responded to distress calls but initially left the body beneath the truck while securing the scene. The incident caused major traffic congestion from Abeka Junction through Alajo. Investigators suspect a motorcycle was involved and have conveyed the body to the morgue as they work to establish the victim’s identity.
